On The Hub:
- Turn it over.
- Find the S/N label. It is a 16-digit number.
In the app:
- Go to the Menu on the top right corner of your home page.
- Select ‘My Devices’ and select ‘Hub’.
- The Serial Number should be listed under ‘Device ID’.
