Your Care Circle is made up of all the people involved in the care process, from Caregivers to Senior. And although all members are important, that doesn’t mean everyone should get to see everything! That’s why, for every person you add, you get to choose if they’ll be a ‘Full Access’ or ‘Limited Access’ member.
The more isn’t always the merrier. Caregiving isn’t an easy job, and even with our help, there is a certain level of commitment and coordination required between all members. For that reason, we believe adding no more than ten people to your Care Circle really keeps things running smoothly. Don’t forget every member will have to download and install the Quil Assure app.
Inviting a Care Circle Member
1. Inviting someone to get their Quil on and join your Care Circle is really just as simple as giving us a name, an email, and a permission level.
Full Access members can add Safety Protocols, update the Health Wallet, manage other Care Circle members, manage Devices.
Limited Access members can view Safety Protocols and Care Circle members, and manage their Alerts. However, they cannot view Health Wallet information and Device Insights.
2. Once you complete the form and grant a permission level, go ahead and ‘Send Invite’!
3. When your invited members accept your invitation, you will receive a notification.
You got your Care Circle going! Repeat these steps for every member you want to add.
