Yoga who? The secret to achieving true peace of mind is notifications. Yep, you read that right. But don’t worry, we’ll only send you tastefully curated content, actually – you tell us what you care about (and what you don’t), and we only give you info on what you think matters.
We’ve got plenty to tell you, so if you want to hear about bathroom and sleep insights, health activity, and so much more, then you want to keep these on too. But we’re not like other apps, so we let you choose how much (or how little) you want to know about it.
We’ve selected the ones we think are best by default. We strongly encourage you to leave these ones on (especially Alerts!). Let’s go!
1. See those three lines on the top right corner of your home page? Tap and look for ‘My Account’.
2. Select 'Notification Preferences'
3. Review each one to determine the right fit. We advise you to keep them all! If you keep scrolling, you'll see every 'Push Notification', give em a good read and select all the ones you think you'll want to see!
